Yes, the man himself. I consider myself fortunate enough to have a one-on-one discussion with Retail guru himself. I later had the opportunity to attend his lectures. His ideas and insights in the Retail industry were great to say the least. He was also a great speaker and his knowledge on retail industry ACROSS the length and breadth of the world left everyone asking for more.
